The cottages and farm are a family run business, with resident proprietors.

We specialise in livery supplies, and have acres of open ground dedicated to horse and rider. Thus for those who wish to bring a pony or horse to compliment a holiday or break, we have welcoming adjacent stables and facilities (advance notice required).

The area is blessed with quiet country lanes and miles of off-road bridal tracks enjoyed by both riders and walkers.

The accommodation isideal for those simply seeking tranquility and relaxation. Local villages with welcoming county pub-restaurants are located about 2 miles from us. Access is by country lanes, or for those more energetic, on foot by off-road country tracks.

Further field, the coastal resorts of Skegness, Mablthorpe, Sutton on Sea, Chapel St. Leonards and Ingoldmells are a short drive away.

Inland, visitors may wish to visit Boston and the Historic city of Lincoln, and the unique Lincolnshire Wolds towns of Spilsby, Alford and Louth.

"Tennyson" country is a short drive to the west where undiscovered hamlets and villages such as Burgh Le Marsh, Somersby, Old Bolingbroke and Little Cawthorpe are well worth exploring.
