From Boston

Take A16 from Boston to Partney (shortly after Spilsby). At Partney roundabout take A158 (right) to Skegness. At next roundabout (Gunby Corner) take second exit to Alford. Ascend and descend a short hill into Welton Le Marsh. After passing the "Wheel" public house (left), continue down a gentle slope. After a double bend, turn right on a sharp left hand bend. Proceed for about 1 mile. Immediately after crossing a small bridge take the left (straight on) county lane. Holme Farm Cottages is on the right after several yards.

From Lincoln or Louth

Follow directions to Skegness un till reaching Gunby Corner Roundabout (from Lincoln after Candlesby).At Gunby Corner Roundabout, take second exit to Alford.
